We are seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi‑region Service Now implementation that spans IT and shared services functions. This is a high‑impact role, driving end‑to‑end programme delivery to enhance operational efficiency, standardise global processes, and deliver an exceptional service experience across the enterprise.
As the Programme Manager, you will define and own the roadmap, governance, and delivery approach for a global Service Now programme covering ITSM, ITOM, HR, Finance, and Facilities. You will oversee multiple work streams, including process design, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment—ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and business outcomes.
You will engage senior stakeholders across regions, acting as a trusted adviser on Service Now capabilities and transformation opportunities. Leading a diverse global team of internal staff, contractors, and partners, you will foster collaboration, clarity, and accountability while driving adoption of best practices in agile delivery and organisational change management.
