Job Overview
Trackunit’s IrisX industry cloud platform unlocks insights, benchmarks and innovation on top of connected construction data. We are looking for a Solution Delivery Engineer to ensure IrisX is implemented, fully adopted and delivers measurable business value. This hands‑on role blends technology, delivery and customer engagement, working directly with leading construction companies to guide solution rollouts, integrate complex systems and scale adoption across organizations.
Based in Denmark, work can be done from one of our hubs in Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus or Aalborg, or remotely from anywhere in Denmark in a flexible setup that supports high‑impact collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Engineer for Adoption
:
Configure, extend and deploy IrisX so customers use it immediately. - Full‑Stack Development
:
Work across front‑end, back‑end and cloud components to tailor and scale platform rollouts. - Integrations & Data Pipelines
:
Build APIs, data flows and integrations with ERP, CRM and fleet systems to ensure secure, reliable data exchange. - Applied Data
:
Use data engineering and data science skills to enable analytics, benchmarking and reporting use cases. - Customer Enablement
:
Lead workshops, training and coaching sessions that embed IrisX into customer workflows. - Project Ownership
:
Manage timelines and technical delivery in collaboration with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement
:
Capture customer feedback and channel insights into the IrisX product roadmap.
- 5+ years as a Full‑Stack Engineer, Solution Engineer or Technical Consultant in SaaS, IoT or data‑driven environments with exposure to customer‑facing delivery.
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript/Type Script.
- Familiarity with APIs (Graph
QL, REST) and webhook integration. - Hands‑on experience with data engineering concepts and exposure to data science/ML (Spark, Python, SQL).
- Strong customer‑facing skills – able to translate technical work into business outcomes and build trust with stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex challenges in real‑world, industrial contexts.
- Willingness to travel within the region to support customer engagements.
- Virtual meet and greet with Leonhard Fricke, Vice President of Field Engineering.
- Personality‑based interview using an online Hogan assessment.
- Assignment‑specific interview: a case study prepared and presented to relevant Trackunit colleagues.
- Reference check and background verification if required.
- Offer presentation and walk‑through.
- Cross‑functional team of consultants, account executives, data scientists, engineers and developers.
