You will build the critical infrastructure and APIs powering an advanced analysis engine designed to ingest and structure massive volumes of human feedback. Working directly with the CTO, you will define architecture and data models to make complex data actionable, reliable, and auditable for enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

• Shape the technical foundation of a high-impact platform from the ground up as a founding team member
• Join a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs and led by experts in mathematics and complex data systems
• Tackle the unique challenge of making unstructured human data trustworthy and reproducible at scale for global enterprises

• Design and scale robust systems that ingest and serve insights from massive datasets of human feedback
• Collaborate with the CTO to define core architecture, data models, and production-ready ML patterns
• Develop and evolve the core stack using Next.js, FastAPI, and AWS to ensure high performance and auditability

• Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, data pipelines, and building scalable production APIs
• Proven ability to transform early-stage prototypes into testable, reproducible modules ready for enterprise-grade production
• Passionate about data transparency and experience working within early-stage startup environments or complex machine learning systems
