About the Role
  • Role is based in London, with at least three days per week in the office.
  • We’re building a strong Product and Engineering team. This role is central to scaling our hiring capacity, focusing on quality and intentionality.
  • You’ll own the end‑to‑end process, from sourcing exceptional talent to delivering offers with an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sourcing top engineering and product talent, especially within fintech and Python/React ecosystems.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to build inclusive hiring strategies.
  • Driving creative outreach campaigns and building talent pipelines using Linked In and other platforms.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts, writing engaging job ads and collaborating on content that reflects our tech culture and values.
  • Managing a smooth, high‑quality candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Optimizing hiring processes, tools and metrics as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of in‑house technical recruiting experience, ideally hiring engineers or product managers in fintech or companies built with Python, React or similar modern stacks.
  • A sourcing‑first mindset: creative, persistent and data‑informed in finding candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear, personable and professional with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A genuine interest in technology and curiosity about how engineering and product teams’ work.
  • Experience contributing to or collaborating on employer brand initiatives.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bonus: experience using ATS tools like Lever.
