Job Description

A commercial storyteller and strategic thinker who can work with senior leaders to shape executive narratives, define opportunity logic, and build compelling strategic arguments that open doors and drive decision-making. Someone who understands business and brand, thinks in value and narrative, and is comfortable operating close to the C-suite.

• Develop value propositions and strategic narratives for major pursuits
• Create CxO-level thought leadership and market-shaping points of view
• Convert complex strategy and technology into clear executive storylines
• Frame commercial logic and opportunity architecture behind deals
• Collaborate with narrative designers to communicate strategy visually
• Develop reusable IP, frameworks and transformation stories

• Strong Experience in strategy, consulting or strategic design
• Experience developing executive-ready narratives and strategic messaging
• Track record shaping senior-level thinking in digital, AI, platform or growth strategy
• Comfortable working in pre-sales, high-pressure or client advisory environments
• Background may include: consulting, digital strategy, innovation, brand strategy or venture building

• Outstanding structured storytelling and strategic thinking
• Strong writer with ability to simplify complexity
• Commercially intelligent and outcome-focused
• Curious, analytical, confident working at CxO level
• Operates well under pace and ambiguity

The Proposition Team is a small, high-impact unit inside Dava.

Y focused on shaping Iconic Deals – CxO-level engagements and partnerships that unlock significant long-term revenue and reposition Endava in the market. This team develops strategic narratives, market-defining propositions and executive story frameworks that drive clarity and conviction at the highest levels of our clients’ businesses.
