• Bullish Exchange – a regulated and institutionally focused digital assets spot and derivatives exchange, integrating a high-performance central limit order book matching engine with automated market making to provide deep and predictable liquidity. Bullish Exchange is regulated in Germany, Hong Kong, and Gibraltar.
• Coin Desk Indices – a collection of tradable proprietary and single-asset benchmarks and indices that track the performance of digital assets for global institutions in the digital assets and traditional finance industries.
• Coin Desk Data – a broad suite of digital assets market data and analytics, providing real-time insights into prices, trends, and market dynamics.
• Coin Desk Insights – a digital asset media and events provider and operator of , a digital media platform that covers news and insights about digital assets, the underlying markets, policy, and blockchain technology.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our technical capabilities and business value. You are responsible for managing the delivery of the AI strategy across both Bullish and Coin Desk, ensuring that our investments in AI yield tangible results. Acting as a central resource for knowledge, you will empower teams across the organization to identify and adopt the right tools, patterns, and workflows to accelerate their impact.

• Drive AI Strategy:
  Partner directly with the CTO and Engineering Leadership to define and execute an AI roadmap that aligns with organizational goals for both Bullish and Coin Desk.
• Lead Cross-Functional Delivery:
  Manage the execution of core initiatives and internal enablement and empowerment.
• Bridge the Gap:
  Act as the primary connector between technical engineering teams, product management, and strategic partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on dependencies and timelines.
• Operationalize Innovation:
  Move beyond experimentation by establishing the governance, metrics, and best practices needed to scale AI adoption effectively across the enterprise.
• Measure Impact:
  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, data-driven reporting to executive leadership on the progress, adoption, and return on investment of AI initiatives.
• Empower the Organization:
  Serve as a subject matter expert and evangelist, guiding teams on how to leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce toil, and unlock new capabilities.
• Navigate the AI Landscape:
  Research and evaluate current AI tools and platforms to determine their applicability and effectiveness for our business.

  8-12+ years of experience delivering technology programs, managing the full project lifecycle.
• Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, generative AI tools, and their practical application in software engineering and business operations.
