- Own the full‑cycle, end‑to‑end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure), delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (Linked In, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
- Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
- Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.
- A well‑established network within the tech industry and a passion for building new connections.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in order to adapt to the ever‑changing needs of a growing organization.
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to work cross‑functionally to achieve Sierra’s goals.
- Understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical talent is a plus.
- Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS).
