Job description:
OverviewYou’ll support the successful delivery of our agency ecosystem transformation in Europe and Central Eurasia region, focusing on driving the transformation & Media Capability Pillars. This is a 3‑year role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support for retail and biddable media workflows and execution readiness, including support for new data and tech partners following internal Mars processes.
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure proper tagging, taxonomy, and connectivity.
- Own and maintain the social media owned account structures, including profile page creation.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of dashboards, data collection, and reporting tools across markets for the ECE region.
- Drive data harmonization inputs across PESO touchpoint channels to support integrated measurement.
- Facilitate operational aspects of the agency transition, including onboarding support and process alignment.
- Support campaign performance tracking.
- Support the Integrated Comms Planning (ICP) process across regional, cluster, and market teams.
- Help establish and maintain planning templates, timelines, and processes for consistent market delivery.
- Support ACP budget operations, including GL mapping, PO governance, and financial tracking.
- Drive regional integration efforts with Publicis, Omnicom, and the Mars team.
- Establish holistic performance metrics and reports to evaluate and track agency effectiveness and integration success.
- Functional marketing data experience.
- Experience driving and delivering complex data projects, ideally at a regional or global level.
- Experience working with multiple agencies & consultancies (desirable).
- Passion for quality data and the ability to ‘simplify the technical’ for non‑experts.
