Our London office in Fitzrovia is expanding its world‑class product analytics team. As a Senior/Lead Product Analyst, you will own the data and analytics strategy for the retention team and one other key product group, shaping the future of our products and driving measurable impact at a global scale.
Hybrid Position – 3 days per week in the London office.
Responsibilities- Define and execute ’s analytics strategy.
- Track and measure KPIs to evaluate analytics initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that influence product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Own the analytics lifecycle: data collection, analysis, reporting, and feature recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to identify technical challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure data and insights are accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver data‑driven products and features.
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure product changes.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance and communicate insights.
- 8+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in fast‑paced, data‑rich environments.
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems in loosely defined problem spaces.
- Highly independent and self‑directed; able to set priorities and deliver results without detailed briefs.
- Strong SQL skills for slicing and dicing large datasets.
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills to influence non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and product intuition, translating analysis into clear, strategic insights.
- Track record of defining, tracking, and evolving product metrics and KPIs that guide decisions.
- Comfortable gathering requirements on the fly and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques in analytics or product experimentation.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling.
- Background in strategy or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
