Regulatory Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Food supplements?

Keen to explore a new type of opportunity at the convergence of Tech and Compliance in a highly dynamic start up environment?

We have an exciting opportunity to step into regulatory affairs with a strong technology angle, within a fast-growing compliance software company based in Central London.

This role is ideal for a regulatory professional looking to move beyond traditional in-house compliance and play a direct role in shaping how regulatory compliance is delivered at scale through technology.

The Role

Rather than managing compliance for a single manufacturer, you will apply your regulatory expertise to help build and maintain software solutions used by global companies across multiple regulated sectors.

You will work closely with product and technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into structured rules, workflows, and logic that software can execute automatically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sector-specific regulatory knowledge to maintain and expand regulatory intelligence systems
  • Codify regulatory requirements into rules, workflows, and logic for automation
  • Contribute across multiple regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, food, supplements, and cosmetics
  • Ensure regulatory content remains accurate, current, and market-relevant
  • Act as a public-facing regulatory authority through content creation, customer engagement, and thought leadership (webinars, written pieces)
Profile Sought
  • Background in Regulatory Affairs or Compliance in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices (with an industry-agnostic mindset)
  • Comfortable working across multiple product categories and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong ability to learn new regulations and markets quickly
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into structured logic (Excel proficiency important)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable being externally visible and representing regulatory expertise
  • Interest in technology, automation, and process-driven solutions
Why This Role?
  • A chance to move from executing compliance to shaping how it is delivered
  • Exposure to a wide variety of products, regulations, and global markets
  • Work closely with founders and senior leadership in a high-growth environment
  • Hybrid working model (Central London office)
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term growth potential

If you’re a regulatory professional curious about technology, automation, and scaling regulatory expertise, this role offers a rare opportunity to redefine how compliance is done.
