Location

Requires 3 days on‑site (non‑negotiable), Holborn. (Thursday is mandatory; other days flexible).

Government Client

6 months, likely to be extended.

Must be willing/eligible to be put through CTC – Must be in place prior to start.

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration
• Hands‑on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules
• Understanding of data security and working with sensitive data
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working with both technical and business teams

• Public sector experience (not essential)
• Experience with multiple data sources (e.g., spreadsheets, small databases)

• Minimum experience:
  
  4 years in Oracle Fusion data migration.

• End to end Oracle Fusion data migration experience, including HCM, finance and procurement.
• Experience in developing ETL pipelines to automate data migration process.
• Experience in source to target data mapping (Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT, business and external vendors to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme.
• Support data cleansing activities.
• Monitor data migration activities and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility.
• Conduct data validation and testing post‑migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system.
• Strong understanding of data governance to ensure transparent and compliant data migration principals.
