• Supporting the end-to-end development of commercially strong, consumer-first products, working closely with Designers, Developers, Materials teams and global suppliers. From first concept to final sample, youll play a real part in shaping what reaches the consumer.
• Supporting the product lifecycle from concept through to final sample
• Preparing and maintaining technical packs and product specifications
• Reviewing prototypes for fit, quality and construction
• Tracking samples, testing and key development milestones
• Collaborating cross-functionally and communicating with suppliers
• Managing data and documentation in PLM and internal systems
• Supporting quality, compliance and sustainability standards

• A relevant degree or vocational training (Product Dev, Footwear, Apparel, Textiles or similar)
• Some hands-on experience in product development (placements welcome!)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in product construction, materials and manufacturing
• PLM experience a bonus, not a must
