Your role :
The Senior Product Director, Biological Data and Insights will act as a technology disruption thought leader, accountable for partnering with business stakeholders to reimagine end‑to‑end ways of working using technology. They are accountable for curating, championing, and managing a 3‑year product vision for a dynamic portfolio of technology products and owning these products across the entire lifecycle, working in partnership with internal and external technology delivery partners.

• Biological Data Management & Integrity:
  Ensuring the quality, compliance, and consistency of our biological data, including clinical trial data. This includes the platforms that collect data from investigative sites and third party data providers, govern our enterprise data standards, systems for medical coding and data review, automation of data transformations, and tools that leverage AI to detect risks and improve data quality.
• Scientific Computing & Advanced Analytics:
  Empowering our biostatisticians and data scientists with a world‑class environment for analysis and insight generation. This encompasses our scientific computing platforms, tools for Real‑World Data analysis, and the application of cutting‑edge AI for trial simulation and risk detection.
• Your mandate is to drive a cohesive strategy that innovates with AI and automation to accelerate the data‑to‑analysis timeline and strengthen the quality and statistical power of our evidence.

• Strategic Vision and Business Case Development:
  Define and champion a 3‑year transformative vision for how technology can radically accelerate drug development. Identify and articulate major strategic opportunities, translate them into robust business cases that quantify value, and secure executive‑level sponsorship.
• People Leadership and Development:
  Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Owners and Product Designers, fostering a culture of autonomy, business transformation, user‑centricity, agile and continuous learning.
• Business Disruption and Process Reimagination:
  Partner with senior business leaders to re‑engineer end‑to‑end R&D processes, designing integrated digital ecosystems that break down silos and create seamless, data‑driven workflows for scientists and clinicians.
• Strategic Portfolio and Investment Management:
  Own the strategic curation and financial oversight of your product portfolio, making investment, prioritization, and decommissioning decisions aligned with strategic priorities.
• Executive Stakeholder Influence:
  Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to VPs and senior leadership, building consensus, navigating complex dynamics, and driving alignment on the technology vision.
• Enterprise Collaboration and Ecosystem Integration:
  Co‑create and drive a unified, end‑to‑end technology strategy with peer Senior Product Directors, ensuring roadmaps align and dependencies are negotiated.
• Delivery Excellence and Partner Ecosystem Oversight:
  Provide strategic oversight for the delivery of your product portfolio, holding internal and external technology partners accountable for excellence, efficiency, scalability, and speed.
• Quality, Risk & Compliance:
  Oversee quality and compliance of the product portfolio, ensuring products are secure, resilient, and adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, owning proactive risk management.

• Master's degree or equivalent in a scientific area (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics) or related quantitative discipline.
