The Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the development of customer-facing digital products. This is a pivotal role where you'll be responsible for shaping the user experience and strategic direction of front-end products that directly impact how customers engage with financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer-facing platforms, from conception through launch and iteration
  • Define product strategy and roadmap based on user insights, market analysis, and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions, measure product performance, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Champion the customer voice throughout the organization and ensure products solve real user problems
Essential Experience
  • Proven track record in product management with a focus on front-end, customer-facing products
  • Strong background in fintech, payments, or adjacent financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to work with analytics tools and translate data into actionable product insights
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and customer journey mapping
