The Role
** We’re looking for a proactive
** Executive, IT Infrastructure
** to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues — ensuring smooth daily operations across both office and site environments. You will provide timely technical assistance, maintain system reliability and contribute to ongoing IT improvements within the organization.
** What You Will Be Doing
*** Provide first-line technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device issues (desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices) promptly to minimize downtime
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical knowledge base articles
* Install, configure and maintain IT hardware, software and applications
* Track and update IT equipment and software inventory to ensure accurate asset management
* Participate in IT improvement projects, system upgrades and other technology initiatives
* Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
** We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
*** Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office  and SaaS applications
* Skilled in troubleshooting, system configuration and IT asset management
* Highly organized, independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
* Service-oriented and collaborative team player
* Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
