• High-impact ownership of the hiring bar, with the ability to shape the culture of a fast-scaling startup from its early stages.

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche technical roles across Python, Go, Rust, and Type Script to stay ahead of hiring demand.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach to offer, acting as the face of  employer brand.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, providing data-driven market insights and defining technical role profiles for AI and platform specialists.

• Has 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 4 years focused specifically on technical or engineering hiring.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of scaling venture-backed startups from Seed to Series B, taking full ownership of technical growth.
• Possesses deep technical sourcing expertise, including Boolean fluency and the ability to engage high-signal talent through creative storytelling and outreach.
