Web Designer; Mid-Level

We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to lead design on high-impact projects - someone who can own the creative process, work closely with devs, and design sites that are clean, modern, and conversion-focused.

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible hours are fine, as long as it’s communicated and consistent)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start Date: Immediate
Review Period: 3-month trial phase, with a formal salary review at 12 months based on performance and company growth.
Notice Period:

• After probation: 1 month’s notice

Base Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (depending on experience)
Salary Review: Formal review at 6 months, then annually thereafter, based on performance and contribution.

• Profit-sharing bonus (team pool): Eligible after your first full year.
  Any profit above our net profit target gets shared across the team.

Pension:

• 5% employee contribution
• 3% employer contribution (rising to 5% after 2 years)

• Up to 7 paid sick days per year (with more allowed for longer illnesses)

• Lead end-to-end design of high-converting B2B websites in Figma
• Create modern, scalable design systems and reusable components
• Translate client goals into clear, conversion-focused web experiences
• Oversee consistency across typography, layouts, and visual systems
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and intent
• Provide feedback and creative direction to junior designers
• Join client calls to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Gather and interpret feedback, balancing it with best practices
• Contribute to project scoping and realistic design timelines
• Support marketing or design workshops to align projects with CRO and brand goals
• Identify opportunities for UX or conversion improvements
• Contribute to project case studies with design insights
• Share best practices and tools with the wider team
• Stay ahead of design trends, accessibility standards, and AI workflows
