*** 15+ Years of experience in core test automation
* Hands on experience in Automation (Web, API and Desktop) using Java, python, selenium, Rest Assure, Git Git Hub, Azure Devops, CI/CD.
* Expert in trouble shooting and debugging
* Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Test Automation framework
* Govern automation standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across all teams
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Test Automation Engineers
* Advocate for quality assurance & drive collaboration through COP to share knowledge and drive excellence
* Embed Report Portal for enhanced test reporting and analytics.
* Define and track automation KPIs (e.g., coverage %, defect leakage, ROI) and communicate progress to stakeholders
* Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with robust feedback loops to accelerate delivery
* Support teams in assessing automation feasibility, recommending appropriate tools, frameworks, and resources
* Identify opportunities to improve automation processes, adopt emerging technologies, and enhance overall testing efficiency
