Job Description: Join PAIR as our sixth technical hire to bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and intuitive user experiences. You will own high-impact product surfaces, from AI-driven workflows to sophisticated authoring tools, for major enterprise clients. Working in a fast-shipping team, you’ll influence architecture and help professionals harness AI at scale.

- Collaborate directly with the CTO and Creative Lead to translate complex Figma designs into high-performing interfaces.
- 3–5 years of experience building production-grade applications with modern frameworks like Vue, React, or Svelte.
- Strong proficiency in Type Script and a deep understanding of state management, performance, and frontend architecture.
- A product-first mindset with a passion for crafting thoughtful UI/UX that solves real problems for professional users.
