Responsibilities
We are searching for an individual with development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in Service Now.
You will configure the Service Now solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements. Responsible for Service Now platform Administration, Development, Documentation, and Technical support. Configure/Customize Service Now including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.
QualificationsYou must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in ITSM with at least 3 years working experience with Service Now. Recent experience in a senior development lead role participating in the full software development life cycle:
Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and promotion into Production. Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc. You must have Telecoms domain experience.
