The Role
** The Testing and Commissioning Delivery Manager will lead and oversee testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of our network solutions and products, including neutral host DAS deployments. This role involves defining testing strategies, managing a team of testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-performing systems. Additionally, the Testing and Commissioning Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical performance of a key supplier to ensure compliance with standards and delivery expectations.

** What You’ll Be Doing
** Ensure all technical activities comply with contractual terms and conditions, working closely with legal, commercial, and the broader testing and commissioning teams.

- Experience working with Mobile Network Operators, either on the supplier or client side.

Mobile Network Operations

Experience:

- ** On-Site & Health & Safety Expertise:
** Proven experience working on-site, with a strong focus on Health & Safety (H&S) compliance and best practices.

- ** Network Testing Expertise:
** Extensive experience in testing complex network solutions, telecommunications systems, or related infrastructure.

- ** Walk Testing Equipment:
** Experience with walk testing equipment is considered an asset.

- ** Communication:
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
