UK (Hybrid – 1-day London, 2 days Bromley; more focus on Bromley)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in banking or financial services, working closely with technology delivery teams. The Scrum Master will play a key role in enabling Agile delivery, improving team performance, and ensuring best-practice Agile/Scrum frameworks are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as Scrum Master for one or more technology squads within a banking/financial services environment

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

* Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices

* Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery

* Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and wider technology stakeholders

* Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, risks, dependencies)

* Promote continuous improvement and a strong Agile culture

* Support regulatory-driven and enterprise-scale delivery environments

Required

Skills & Experience:

* 5–10 years’ experience as a Scrum Master

* Proven experience in banking or financial services (mandatory)

* Strong experience working with technology / engineering teams

* Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience working in large, complex, regulated organisations
