Become an IN2 Freelancer AV/VC Technician (Contract / Freelance)

£200 £ 250 per day (DOE)

IN2-AV is expanding its freelance community, and we re looking for experienced Audio Visual / Video Conferencing Technicians to support our clients primarily leading financial institutions and major corporate environments across London.

If you re a polished, customer-facing AV professional with strong technical ability and a passion for delivering seamless meeting room and event experiences, we d love to hear from you.

• Within easy commuting distance of Central London
• Available immediately or at short notice
• Experienced in high-end corporate or financial-sector AV environments
• Confident working independently or as part of onsite AV/VC teams

Our freelance assignments suit both seasoned contractors seeking additional days/weeks of work and professionals between roles looking for strong short- to medium-term opportunities.

Please note:

day rates vary based on site, experience, and specific technical skills.

• Provide daily technical support across AV, VC, display, and presentation systems
• Ensure all meeting room and event spaces are fully functional, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise downtime
• Deliver excellent customer service to users at all levels within the organisation
• Support internal and external events, including high-priority executive and client meetings
• Collaborate with onsite teams and adapt quickly to differing client environments
• Escalate and document issues where necessary to ensure efficient handover and resolution

• Strong understanding of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with audio-visual hardware, control systems, and signal flows
• Ability to fault-find and resolve technical issues quickly under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working within blue-chip or financial sector environments is highly advantageous
