You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. • Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges
• Work within the Data Center Operations (DCO) team to maintain IT infrastructure and hardware
• Develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios
• Lead resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinate with solution teams on complex cases
• Help drive continuous improvements

This position includes shift work and may require rotation between locations.

• Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world‑class safety culture
• Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture

• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
• Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Manually handle and lift equipment in accordance with regulations
• Work rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment (if applicable)
• Participate in on‑call rotation to respond to off‑duty emergency calls (if applicable)

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with networking and computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Access to your own vehicle

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
• Basic knowledge of Linux and experience with network protocols
