• Lead the end-to-end management of the website
  -overseeing trading, UX, site optimisation, and customer experience.
• Own the online P&L and forecast the trading calendar with precision and purpose.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional online journey.
• Optimise the digital shelf-from product launch to post-purchase-while always thinking two steps ahead.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing and e-commerce team to reach ambitious targets.

• 5+ years in a senior digital or e-commerce role, preferably in fashion or consumer retail.
• Proven experience managing an online P&L and delivering measurable growth.
• A strong grasp of UX, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital merchandising.
• A creative, data-driven approach to solving challenges and seizing opportunities.
• Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate a passionate team.
