Camino Search are excited to be partnering with an award-winning, purpose-led high-growth professional services organisation that supports senior leadership teams across the UK with critical appointments and organisational change. The business has built a strong reputation, inclusive culture and high-performing team, and is now entering the next phase of its growth journey. To support this evolution, the organisation is seeking an Interim / Fractional Chief People Officer to provide dedicated senior people leadership for the first time. This role has been created to bring strategic focus, structure and long-term thinking to the people agenda, ensuring the organisation is fully equipped to scale while preserving the culture and values that define it.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of a multi-year People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans and future capability requirements
- Advise on organisation design, workforce planning and succession, ensuring the business is prepared for scale
- Establish clear performance frameworks, people metrics and dashboards, improving speed to competence, progression and accountability
- Modernise employee relations and policy, embedding a progressive, values-led approach and equipping managers with practical people-leadership tools
- Strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding and employer brand, enhancing EVP, candidate experience and internal communications
- Demonstrate experience from world-class, high-performing organisations with a track record of scaling SMEs or professional services business.
What We're Looking For:
- Trained HR Professional (CIPD Level
7) - A coaching qualification - not required
- Positive and solutions-oriented outlook.
- A highly credible senior People leader with experience operating in values-led or professional services environments
- Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels, designing frameworks and driving implementation
