Overview
Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and growing venture backed company. In this role, you will own key coordination activities, support an exceptional candidate experience including in office interviews, and partner closely with our Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team as we scale.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Recruiters and cross functional partners to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics, streamlining the process and facilitating candidate experience in our London office.
- Contribute to building and optimising our Ashby ATS as part of Recruiting Operations work.
- Engage in recruiting projects and initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Own key coordination activities and support an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- One or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role within a fast-growing environment.
- Highly detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while ramping quickly with available support.
- Strong ability to build processes from the ground up, with a growth mindset and a track record of professional and/or academic achievement.
- Clear and effective communication across all levels of an organization; proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience with Ashby is a plus.
This is a London based hybrid role
, primarily remote with occasional in office work. This is an hourly contract position. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
