We’re looking for ambitious recruiters. You don’t need direct experience in the Hedge Fund and Alternatives market, yet you must be excited by the chance to take your career to a top percentile search firm with global reach. We have opportunities to join us in London, New York and Dubai.

As a Consultant, you will:

• Leverage your experience as a high calibre recruiter/search consultant and learn and develop in the buy‑side market.
• Work alongside experienced consultants and revenue generators with $1m+ track records.
• Benefit from live mandates and an established client base from day one.
• Enjoy the autonomy and scope to originate and grow your own desk.

• 1 – 5 years’ experience in recruitment/executive search.
• Have a strong recruitment track record and be amongst the top performers in your current firm.
• Strong academic background and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to build and grow in a fast‑developing market.
• Willingness to embrace the opportunity and apply yourself to learning and development.
