Our client is a specialist Finance recruitment firm based in central London, established in 2018 and known for its high-performing culture and rapid growth trajectory. They’re expanding their team of Recruitment Consultants and are looking for sharp, motivated graduates to join their team.

You’ll work in a performance-driven environment alongside top industry consultants, professionals earning six figures, and those shaping careers in the financial sector.

• 4-week induction:
  Intensive classroom and practical training led by senior consultants.

• Year 1: £25K base + OTE £50K
• Year 2: £35K base + OTE £70K
