Responsibilities
  • As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:
  • Partner with leading AEC firms to understand their hiring needs and provide customised talent solutions.
  • Take ownership of your own niche within the AEC industry to build a 7 figure book of business.
  • Build strong relationships with industry leaders and candidates to grow your professional network.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and placing candidates.
  • Facilitate feedback, manage the offer and negotiation process.
  • Leverage advanced AI tools and data-driven insights to identify and connect with top talent in the AEC market.
  • Stay ahead of market trends through research and analysis to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team and help build a scalable, high-performing recruitment practice.
  • Win further mandates and further clients, from mandate to onboarding.
  • Manage your research and administrative support effectively, fairly, and efficiently.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on market development progress.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits
  • (On-Target Earnings): £165,000+ (includes base, bonuses and uncapped commission)
