We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior
Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Software Engineering division. This is an exciting opportunity to step onto a genuinely "hot desk" with an abundance of live clients and active requirements across the globe. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing technical jobs across UK, EU and North America. In the process you will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, and top-tier software engineering talent across various industries.

You will gain a deep understanding of the tech landscape to proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

You will be a driven person who has motivation to succeed. If you are a resourcer or a recruiter or a sales person already that would really help, but attitude is more important.

You will possess an innate ability to build rapport quickly, influence stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results.

• Degree or A' level education
• Exceptional communication skills oral and written
• Good understanding of the sales cycle
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
• The ability to influence, follow up, achieve and succeed

Hybrid - Farringdon, London

A competitive basic salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus an uncapped, industry-leading commission structure.
