Some of the early hires into this SME will go on to lead teams and expand into these markets as ‘Head of Tech’ or ‘Head of Legal’ (for example). What’s on offer?

• First Year – Base: 28K, OTE: 40K
• Second Year – Base: 35K, OTE: 70K
• Third Year – Base: 50K, OTE: 100k

What will the role entail for a recruitment consultant?

• Reviewing CV’s
• Building and maintaining client and candidate relations
• Prepping candidates for interviews
• Hitting (and exceeding!) targets
• Produce adverts for vacancies

Who is suitable for recruitment consultancy?

• University graduate from a Top 70 University (2:1 or higher)
• OR B2B Sales (estate agency, telesales, door-to-door, charity sales)
• High achiever (Sports, Extra-Curricular, Music)
• Money motivated
• Displays qualities of being charismatic, driven and resilient
