The Client:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This company is the leading recruitment firm in the commodity trading space. They place unique sales and trading professionals into their ideal roles. As they are trusted specialists in their industry, they bill fees as high as 100k, and offer a 50% no-threshold commission. Our client is looking to expand their team and teach them how to be as successful as their top billers.

The Role:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Negotiate deals and contracts with clients
• Understand the market and the ideal candidate they want
• Source candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking using social media platforms and cold calling
• Organise interviews and act as the middleman between client and candidate
• Finalise the deal and build long-lasting relationships with both candidate and client

• £27.5k base with a raise to £30k once promoted
• 50% commission structure with no threshold
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50k
• Work from home 1 day a week when promoted to consultant
• Promotion to consultant in 6 months
• 2 holiday incentives per year to destinations such as Ibiza, Marbella, Greece or Paris
• Quarterly team socials with the company card
• Wellbeing days 3x a year

• One-to-one training as well as classroom sessions

• Sales experience in B2B, B2C, client-facing roles, cold calling, or door-to-door
• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
• Confident people person
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• True financial drive
• Hardworking and resilient
