Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Overview
We are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants who want more than just another desk and a commission plan. The hours for this position will be:
Mon–Thu: 11:00–19:00 or 11:30–19:30
Fri: normal UK hours

- Recruitment experience at any level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong moral compass. We are not interested in aggressive or sharky sales approaches.
- Critical thinking and good judgement, with the ability to problem-solve calmly and sensibly.
- High emotional intelligence. You should be able to understand what motivates people, recognise concerns, and genuinely want to help.
