Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants who want more than just another desk and a commission plan. The hours for this position will be:

Mon–Thu: 11:00–19:00 or 11:30–19:30

Fri: normal UK hours

• Recruitment experience at any level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong moral compass. We are not interested in aggressive or sharky sales approaches.
• Critical thinking and good judgement, with the ability to problem-solve calmly and sensibly.
• High emotional intelligence. You should be able to understand what motivates people, recognise concerns, and genuinely want to help.
• A long-term mindset, with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and a desire to build a successful career.
• Self-motivation and drive. You are proactive, organised and willing to put the work in.
