We’re now looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant who wants the freedom to grow a desk, maximise earnings, and progress quickly within a business that rewards performance.

The Role:Build, Grow & Earn
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Facilities Engineering desk
, you’ll operate in a candidate-short, client-rich market
, covering maintenance, engineering, and technical roles across the UK.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated resourcing function
, giving you the space to focus on client development, account growth, and fee generation
.
- Building and managing long-term client relationships within Facilities & Engineering
- Developing your desk through new business and account expansion
- Delivering 360° recruitment solutions from brief to placement
- Engaging and securing high-quality engineering talent
- Acting as a market specialist and trusted advisor
- Owning your performance, pipeline, and earning potential
- Recruitment experience (engineering, FM, technical, or similar preferred)
- Commercial mindset with a strong appetite to earn
- Confident communicator who enjoys relationship-led sales
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
