Role OverviewAs a Senior Cyber Recruitment Consultant at CFG, you’ll step straight into a hot desk working on high‑impact roles across the cyber security market - primarily with early‑stage, well‑funded startups in growth mode. You’ll partner with ambitious, engaged clients who are actively hiring, meaning plenty of live roles and real momentum from day one.
You’ll work closely with a high‑performing, collaborative team that’s focused on delivering results the right way. At CFG, we value quality over quantity - no box‑ticking or rigid KPIs - just meaningful client relationships and high‑calibre delivery.
Owning the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, you’ll deliver an exceptional, consultative experience to both clients and candidates. - 1–4 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or a consultative business development role (experience in cyber security or technology recruitment is an advantage, but not essential).
- Educated to graduate level or school leaver with A‑Levels and a strong commercial mindset.
- Proven sales‑oriented background with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to show initiative in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Confident, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail.
