About the Role

You will be a Resolution Business Partner in the People Business Partnering Team, embedding and delivering Hounslow’s Resolution Framework. Acting as the first point of contact, you will support early, constructive resolution of workplace issues, work closely with managers and partners to resolve conflict, strengthen relationships and promote a resolution‑friendly culture.

  • You’re confident handling sensitive conversations and supporting early resolution, using restorative or resolution‑focused approaches.
  • You have a working knowledge of employment law and understand how to apply it in a pragmatic, proportionate way.
  • You’re able to communicate complex issues clearly and build constructive relationships with managers and colleagues.
  • You’re comfortable working collaboratively across teams and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • You’re keen to learn, reflect and develop your practice through continuous professional development.
