Overview

ROLE SUMMARY This role is responsible for talent attraction and integration to meet the current business needs. This role is expected to improve talent acquisition process, candidate and hiring manager experience. The role is part time consultancy role, approximately for 6 months. The compensation will be a mixture of a day rate and success bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver 2026 hiring plan
  • Implement internship programme for 2026 and beyond
  • Process improvement and digitalisation, including implementation of new ATS module in Deel
  • Support Chief People Officer with Employee Value Proposition
  • Support the team with other initiatives such as competency framework etc.
Main Interfaces

INTERNAL:
Reports directly to the Chief People Officer. Engages mainly with the Leadership team as well as any other hiring managers as well as Reward and Ops Manager. Liaises primarily with candidates and universities. Potentially with Employment Law Advisers or other Service Providers, as required.

Education and Professional Qualifications Required

Degree Qualified.

Additional Specialised Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of UK & US employment law is essential in relation to talent management.

Experience and Technical Competencies

Talent acquisition experience in investment management essential. Experience in operating in a global/international business model critical. A previous role as a HR Business Partner/Manager beneficial.

Required:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity essential.
Working Environment
  • Working across different time zones, in particular with UK / California, will require flexibility in working time.
  • Hybrid working - Tuesday to Thursday in office.
