What you’ll be doing ?

This is a hands-on HR Manager role supporting a multi-site, operational business during a period of growth, systems change, and increasing complexity. It’s well suited to an experienced, practical People professional who enjoys owning their remit day-to-end and balancing project delivery with strong day-to-day HR support.

This is very much a sleeves-rolled-up interim role
. Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers, you’ll provide trusted, pragmatic HR support while ensuring consistent, effective delivery across the People function.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the People function across a multi-site, operational business
  • Owning and delivering a range of People projects
  • Reviewing, improving, and implementing People policies and procedures
  • Supporting the rollout and embedding of a new performance framework, including coaching and developing line managers
  • Providing confident, practical employee relations support, managing complex ER cases
  • Ensuring continuity across the People function and delivering a clear, organised handover at the end of the assignment
About you
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally with interim exposure
  • Strong employment law knowledge with hands-on ER experience
  • Experience supporting People systems projects and organisational change
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, operational, multi-site environments (hospitality or leisure preferred)
  • Commercial, pragmatic, and happy to be hands-on when needed
