Talent Manager

We are looking for Expert Talent Advisor who will help us support our client in the aerospace. As a Talent Advisor working on our RPO program you will be part of a dynamic team working in a hybrid model in West London.
You will be on site 50% of the time.
In this role, you will create an excellent end to end experience with support from the sourcing and admin teams. As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will actively promote our Client’s values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. You will consult external and internal talents and be a guide and advisor to the Client’s Hiring community.
Keyresponsibilities
- Effectively managing requisitions specialising in professional services while managing stakeholder expectations
- Co-creating and designing sourcing strategy for white collar professionals in agreement with hiring managers
- Effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Consulting key stakeholders on market knowledge and processes
- Improving recruitment and selection processes and helping the continuous innovation to attract the best talent
- At least 2-3 years of experience recruiting in an on site RPO
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment methodologies including local strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Process-oriented mind-set Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- Willingness to learn new things
- Can-do attitude
- Extensive on-the-job training
