We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Senior HR Advisor to lead HR for several client groups within our large, multi‑site independent school. This is a truly hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from day‑to‑day HR administration and compliance to employee relations and strategic improvement projects.

• Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, managing contracts, absences, policy updates, and HR systems.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR administration and compliance support.
• Support managers with employee relations cases.
• Contribute to reward benchmarking and complex HR challenges.
• Influence culture, compliance, and staff experience while shaping the future of the HR function.

• Strong HR experience, ideally in a senior or specialist role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, reward, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
