OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Senior HR Advisor to lead HR for several client groups within our large, multi‑site independent school. This is a truly hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from day‑to‑day HR administration and compliance to employee relations and strategic improvement projects.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, managing contracts, absences, policy updates, and HR systems.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR administration and compliance support.
- Support managers with employee relations cases.
- Contribute to reward benchmarking and complex HR challenges.
- Influence culture, compliance, and staff experience while shaping the future of the HR function.
- Strong HR experience, ideally in a senior or specialist role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, reward, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
