How you’ll help us move forward

  • Act as PX liaison to Head of Audit and Compliance and Operational Risk and Resilience teams to proactively identify and address compliance risks and issues within HR practices, implementing mitigation plans and strategies to ensure alignment between PX practices and enterprise risk standards and regulatory expectations
  • Liaise with Data Privacy Officer to proactively manage data privacy, overseeing appropriate data sharing across teams, and ensuring document retention practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies
  • Manage global controls and associated processes for Internal Audit and Internal Controls for Financial Reporting
  • Facilitate new internal PX audits end to end
  • Maintain strong relationships with HRBPs and COEs to track and drive compliance efforts across PX, acting as the subject‑matter expert on global compliance requirements (e.g., conduct/support audits, support required reporting, ensure adherence to data privacy and data management protocols, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance
  • Review PX policies and processes to ensure compliance with applicable regional regulations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to PX teams on compliance and operational excellence
  • Review risk factors and data/metrics to support identification of PX process improvement opportunities
  • Support process documentation and role and responsibility definition for new service offerings across PX as part of PX’s continuous improvement efforts
  • Support initiatives to streamline and optimize PX processes, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback
The experience you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, industrial psychology, or related field (or international equivalent)
  • Previous experience in HR compliance and/or HR operations
  • Familiarity with global HR regulations and standards
  • Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Familiarity with global HR processes and HR technology ecosystems
  • Experience with process improvement and redesign
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment and keep an open mind to help stand up a new capability
  • Ability to interface with executive leaders to drive compliance efforts
  • Ability to drive and influence action without direct oversight
  • Ability to work across time zones with global leaders
