We’re looking for a Senior International Rewards Consultant to join the Global Rewards team at a world-leading FMCG organisation with a portfolio of iconic household names enjoyed by millions every day.
In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and senior business leaders across multiple regions. You’ll shape, implement, and continuously enhance the international compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to the global talent and business strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward and/or Compensation & Benefits Analyst who enjoys working across borders, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful impact at scale.
What You’ll Do- Act as a trusted rewards partner to HR and business leaders, aligning compensation and benefits with global business and talent strategies.
- Advise on compensation philosophy, benefits design, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Support international compensation programs in partnership with the Global Compensation COE.
- Lead and support annual rewards processes, including Performance & Rewards cycles and Competitive Reviews.
- Guide job evaluation, survey matching, and deployment of rewards program changes across regions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on complex international offers and collaborate with HR COEs on analytics and reporting.
- Support regulatory and compliance initiatives, including EU Pay Transparency requirements.
- Oversee global benefits governance, analysis, and benchmarking across international markets.
- Lead Total Rewards projects end-to-end, managing plans, stakeholders, risks, and delivery.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational or global environment.
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in salary structures, job evaluation, and international rewards frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices outside the U.S., particularly in Europe.
- Solid understanding of base pay and short- and long-term incentive design.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Experience designing, implementing, and benchmarking international rewards programs.
- Ability to manage multiple client groups and influence at all levels.
- Experience with Workday.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MA-HRIR) and/or professional certification (CCP, PHR, SPHR, GPHR).
