Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Operations)
Location: Greater London

As part of country expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the People team. You will be responsible for anchoring CHAGEE’s expansion and serving as a key partner to the business. You will also be an integral part supporting of the Group’s strategic expansion and initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
  • Support mass hiring, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives
  • Promote employer branding to attract quality candidates

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle HR data entry including work permits, account creation, employee files, and system updates
  • Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation and processes
  • Manage offboarding activities, including exit interviews and clearance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records

Store Operations Support

  • Conduct regular store visits to check in with store partners and understand manpower needs
  • Support store scheduling and coordination, especially for part-timers
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and manpower reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma in human resources or equivalent
  • Enterprising mindset and approach
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry, recruitment trends and developments
  • Team player, with a keen eye on details
