• HR Business Partner experience in retail or multi-site environments
• Strong planning, organising and problem‑solving skills
• Confident communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Ability to analyse workforce data and create action plans
• Skilled in conducting interviews, providing feedback and supporting manager capability
• Knowledge of HR policies, legal frameworks and employee relations
• Flexible, resilient and committed to creating a positive, inclusive culture
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders.
