Virtue Tech Recruitment is hiring for experienced recruitment consultants at all levels, to join our privately owned, high-growth business. We specialise in technology recruitment across Energy Trading and Fin Tech, two of the most buoyant and consistently well-funded markets in the industry.

We’re looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing business and play a key role in driving performance, mentoring consultants, and building long-term client partnerships.

• Running your own desk as a true business, achieving and exceeding KPIs
• Developing new and existing client relationships through proactive business development
• Building and managing a specialist candidate network within your niche market
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification to post-placement
• Acting as a role model, supporting Associate Consultants through mentoring and buddying

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
• Strong billing history and commercial mindset
• Confident in business development and candidate management
