Internal Recruiter; Temporary

Position: Internal Recruiter (Temporary, 6 months contract)
Internal Recruiter Position - Are you a proactive, people‑focused recruiter with experience hiring for commercial teams? We're looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our client on a 6‑month temporary contract, supporting key hiring across sales and commercial functions.

Location:

Tottenham Court Road. Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Pay: £18 - £23 per hour

Start date:

Early - Mid February

Duration: 6 months

The role - As our Internal Recruiter, you will:

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for internal commercial roles, including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Sales Development and Commercial Support
Source and proactively headhunt top talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, give guidance, and support decision making
Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and ensure a smooth internal process
Keep all recruitment administration accurate and up to date through our ATS
Deliver a brilliant candidate experience at every stage

What we're looking for - We'd love to hear from you if you have:

In‑house/internal recruitment experience, ideally supporting a range of roles including commercial or sales hiring.
Knowledge of UK employment law, especially around Diversity & Inclusion
Confidence using an ATS systems
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience proactively sourcing and headhunting talent
A flexible, adaptable approach and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
Competence in Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
