Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring for our Recruitment Academy, designed to develop high-potential individuals into successful 360 Recruitment Consultants.

This role is based full-time in our London office (5 days per week) and is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.

• Learn and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to deal close
• Build relationships with clients and candidates across the UK, Europe and international tech markets
• Source and headhunt talent in highly competitive technology sectors
• Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes
• Develop market knowledge, sales skills, and commercial confidence through structured academy training and ongoing mentorship

We’re hiring potential, not CVs. Recruitment experience is not essential.

• Based within a commutable distance to London
• Able to work 5 days per week in office
• Interested in a sales-led, performance-driven career
