Organisational Development and Change Partner

Salary: £59,000

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term

Location:
London, Hybrid - Full Time (2 days on site)

• Lead organisational development and change initiatives from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive engagement and culture change.
• Support the leadership team through complex change, including restructuring and governance review.
• Facilitate workshops, present to the board, and lead stakeholder engagement.
• Drive innovative change strategies and ensure alignment with overall organisational goals.

• Proven specialist in organisational development, leadership and management development.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
• Experience with organisation design, TOM change management, capability mapping, change readiness assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Resilience, adaptability and confidence operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with in the University sector is beneficial but not required.
