- 12+ months experience in recruitment or commercial sales.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Ambition to grow a career in high-end recruitment.
- Uncapped commission (20–40%) with no thresholds.
